how should I prepare for my first in-studio class?

  • download the Wellness Living “Achieve” app, create your account, and choose your first class (pre-registration required)

  • come in 15 minutes prior to class start time

  • wear comfortable, fitted clothing that you can move easily in

  • bring a towel

  • if you don’t have a yoga mat, don’t worry, we offer a choice of high quality mats

  • drink plenty of water before and after class

  • plan not to eat for about 1-1/2 hours before class begins

  • please do not wear scented lotion, perfume, or cologne

  • CELL PHONES and SHOES are NOT allowed in the asana (practice) room

  • Anyone under the age of 18 will need their guardian to sign the waiver for them the fist time they come to a class at the studio.

we are a woman-owned, family-run business that is passionate about movement, mindfulness, and making people feel at home in their own bodies. What started as a few mats in the living room turned into a community built on sweat, laughter, and the occasional dog wandering through savasana. We believe yoga should be accessible, welcoming, and never too serious—we're here for real people with real lives (and maybe tight hamstrings). If you’re looking for peace, strength, or just a place to breathe—you’re in the right house. Metaphorically. Probably.
