Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to create balance and harmony between the body and mind. It emphasizes slow and deliberate movements, making it accessible for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The practice aims to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity while reducing stress.

Slow Yin Yoga

Slow yin yoga is a meditative practice that involves holding poses for extended periods, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or longer, allowing for deep stretching and relaxation. This style of yoga emphasizes stillness and surrender, helping to balance the body's energy and promote flexibility. It's suitable for all levels and is particularly beneficial for those looking to enhance their flexibility and find inner peace.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that emphasizes relaxation and stress relief through passive stretching. It involves holding poses for extended periods, often with the support of props like blankets and bolsters, to fully relax the body. This style of yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep relaxation and reducing stress. It can improve sleep quality, alleviate chronic pain, and enhance flexibility. Suitable for all levels, restorative yoga is particularly beneficial for those seeking to unwind and rejuvenate.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes the seamless flow between poses, synchronized with breath. Often referred to as "flow yoga," it involves continuous movement, creating a fluid and energetic practice. This style of yoga helps improve strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress. Vinyasa classes are typically fast-paced and can be quite vigorous, making them suitable for those looking for a more intense workout.

Power Flow Yoga

Power Flow yoga is a fast paced, vigorous style of yoga that combines strength building, postures of yoga with flowing sequence of vinyasa yoga.  Ideal for those seeking a more strenuous workout, power flow yoga combines the benefits of both physical exercise and mindfulness.

Express Flow

A "yoga express flow" refers to a quick, dynamic yoga practice where you move through a series of poses rapidly, seamlessly connecting each movement with your breath, essentially aiming to get a full body workout in a short amount of time, often focusing on key postures with minimal holding time between them; it's essentially a condensed version of a traditional "flow" yoga class, ideal for a quick energizing session.
