Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign up for a class?

1. Signing-Up: Preregistration is HIGHLY encouraged, however we do accept walk-ins. Registration guarantees you a space in the class, walk-ins will only be taken if there are extra spots available.

2. Overcommitting: Please be considerate and only register four weeks in advance so you don't commit to a class that you end up not being able to make. This takes spots from other clients trying to get into classes.

3. No-Show Fees: You MUST cancel a class from your account at least an hour before the start of the class you are unable to attend or your account will be CHARGED for the class. If you cancel a class before the deadline the credit will be returned to your account to use at a later date.

4. Choosing Your Class: We never want you to feel overwhelmed or frustrated, so we advise beginners to always start with easier classes and work through the options to find what works best for their body and their goals. You can find class descriptions on the Classes page.

5. You can register for your class under the Class Schedule Tab. Click on the Log in /Sign up link, put in your email and password and then you may purchase passes and register for classes.

What do I bring?

When coming to the studio it is recommended that you bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a hand towel. If you do not have a mat, the studio has a limited quantity available for use on a first come first serve basis.

What time do I get there?

If it is your first time, you will need to sign the waiver, so showing up 15 minutes before class will give you enough time to sign in and get settled in the studio. For the safety of our students, the front door is LOCKED once the class starts, so please make sure to be on time.

Is there an age limit?

Anyone under the age of 18 will need their guardian to sign the waiver for them the fist time they come to a class at the studio.

What do I wear?

Make sure you are comfortable and that you can move freely in what you choose to wear. There will be bending, twisting and stretching. Beware of baggy clothing that might end up becoming heavy. Most people choose to wear yoga pants or shorts and tank tops or t-shirts.
